Today there are so many ways to leak your privacy.  It could leak from your old traded in mobile phone. It could be from old email accounts. Or it could leak data from your smart car. Our smart cars with so much tech built in has the ability to collect a lot of data on your movements and at what rate of speed you arrived.

Who collects the most data? Tesla is #1 since it is building road data from your many cameras on board.  But don’t think you’re safe with the common car manufacturers like Ford or GM or Chrysler/Mopar/Jeep vehicles. They too collect data and lots of it. Often if your involved in an accident, there is a data chip found generally near the glove box that if scanned by the local trooper will give up and report if seat belts were being worn, or the speed of the vehicle at the time of the crash and more.

There is a Stench

When our Law Enforcement Society no longer shows any impulse to protect the Innocent and Demand Respect for Law, then the Tyranny, by the complicit acts of the sacred cows of DOJ, CIA, NSA, FBI and US Marshalls Service with all the abilities and tools at their finger tips will even be removed and replaced. They all seem to fail to recognize we are on the edge of anarchy of Biblical proportions.

The Masters and Leaders of these Institutions will be held accountable and exposition of either a Sophomoric or Senior Congresspersons as in the position as receivers of stolen FTX funds under the disguise of a contributions will not make those able to claim innocence. Failure to act is the fuel for an inexhaustible all consuming fire that could easily spread to other crimes not investigated and brought to Trial.

The Sacred Cows fail to see it would be all too easy to hire a small band of Mercs to execute an order to locate and detain the Criminal(s) and their associates and family members complacent to this crime where ever they sit. Be it in the confines of an offshore Country sitting within the domicile of a Million Dollar Condo also paid for by stolen clients funds, or on and within the boundaries of a certain Republic.

In the past, when a Rancher in Texas was hit by Cattle Rustlers and they suffered a loss of hundreds of head of Cattle there was an Outrage. Many Ranches banded together and formed the Texas Rangers. It was particularly noted that even if the Rustlers headed to Mexico the Rangers followed them there and made the Rustlers lives a miserable existence of short duration. “Get a Rope” was the final expression and it was a final decision. All associated had No Appeals, No Probation’s, No Claims of Ignorance. Justice was Carried Out and property was returned.

There is a stench in this Country and it is a rotting corpse called FTX. I find it hard to fathom that an institution such as the NYT will soft peddle this inexcusable act of deceit without a smidgen or whispered expression for a Call to Justice. Has the NYT handlers also been bought and paid ? The Constitution allows the Free Press latitude to call out the failures and these sacred cows Constitutionally provisioned to exist as Law Enforcement, but certainly not without a degree of inspection.

I Caution all : “Get a Rope” can still be used today or suffer the certain destruction of an inexhaustible Firestorm of Outrage otherwise known as Complete and Total Anarchy. Can you imagine someday in the future the USA could stand for the UN-united States of Anarchy?

The “Rule of Law” is a statement that exists as a Standard in this Country. It is the Standard where all things are measured for our Society as property rights and establishes ownership either physically or digitally speaking. Without this Standard, this Country could be considered a Banana Republic with all the low expectations that come with that expression. It all could be measured by who has the most guns or troops or governorship. So, what’s next Thought or the Rule of It? Will Thought be judged as allowed or dis-allowed. This sounds like China does it not? The CCP has a Social Measure Scheme set as means to establish those who are in line for privileges and those not. Who will Champion the standards that this Society has adopted? Who of us has the armor or nerve to take an arrow from an Enemy or a Friend in Name Only. There are few I perceive.

It seems we are surrounded by the bad guys always wanting to take advantage  by taking away or holding and controlling something of value to us.

“ICE Scan Code” A New Solution for Privacy and Emergencies

While we travel through our lives, we sometimes hit bumps along the way.

We have many times placed ourselves in these Solitary Digital Confines by expecting privacy and security to get away from the public and have some down time in our Homes or places of relaxation.

But we don’t have to loose all our Security and Privacy when Life bumps us, even in an Emergency.

Recently introduced is the “ICE Scan Code” System to allow many people and businesses a way for Direct Contact to those who are concerned responders, to be informed on a real-time basis of a personal event.   Sometimes an event it is not always one that requires dialing 911.  So to cover these type of events,  we introduced the “ICE Scan Code” System.  A Secured Message Forwarding System, Used only in Cases of an Emergency,  IE Lost Luggage, A Case of a Lost Back Pack, that junior left on the Public Bus. Maybe a Lost set of Car Keys.

Although you want to cover yourself if you did loose the keys while at the same time not offer the site address of your  home., by foolishly attaching the Mailing address to your Home on your key ring.  So, to offer a Solution to cover this,  we offer a Secured Database whereby if one looses an item or device, a Good Neighbor finding the device or Key ring can in fact, In An Emergency,  get in direct Contact via our Database. ( Sort of a Secured go Between).  Simply by Scanning the Digital Code imprinted on the Key Tag attached to the Key Ring would dial the custom number. ( Batteries not required.)

The Good Neighbor would then be able to leave a timely message without having knowledge of whom they are leaving a message with.  All they see is a Scan Code or a custom telephone number where they leave the message. Your private number is never published on the “ICE Scan Code” System.  We always suggest that if meeting the Good Neighbor, let it be in a well lit and public location. Such as a Fire Station or Police Station or perhaps Hotel Lobby or Restaurant.

Sometimes a Cell phone is found many hours after it has died from battery failure. So with an  “Ice Scan Code”  Mini Tag found on the back, it can be scanned to find the owner of said lost Cell phone.  Thus reuniting the happy owner to the device.

Lets say you come upon an accident, the occupants are out cold. Of course you would call 911, but if an “ICE Scan Code” label is on the vehicle, simply scanning the code with your Smart Phone, will allow you to inform the next of kin of what appears to be a person in need.

So,  we hope we have developed the “ICE Scan Code” System to assist  those in need no matter the age group, the article or location.  At  just $24.00 a year or  $ .06 cents a day it’s very affordable.   (However, currently we are limiting the “ICE Scan Code” System to the USA at this time.)

While most of us attempt to Protect ourselves from loss from a Fire and Burglary by installing detection systems for these events. However did you know that according to Fortune 500 Companies that your Ten Times more likely to take a loss from a Water Leak inside your place of Business or Residence than a Fire?

Travelers Finds Water Damage Ten Times More Likely Than Fire

“”While fire may be a common worry among homeowners, claims data from Travelers suggests their homes could be as much as 10 times more likely to be damaged by water than by fire.

Fortunately, much of this water-related damage can be prevented, and taking a few simple home maintenance steps can help increase the chances of keeping a property safe.

Travelers recently analyzed its homeowners insurance claims in North Carolina, excluding claims related to catastrophes, and found that damage caused by water accounted for 28 percent of its property claims in the state, compared to three percent for fire. Furthermore, of those water damage claims, weather accounted for only five percent, meaning that proper maintenance within the home may help homeowners avoid some of these problems.

“When considering annual household cleaning projects, it’s a great time to inspect and perform maintenance on household systems and appliances,” said Ron Stephens, Regional Vice President for Travelers. “Checking washing machine hoses, ice maker connections and the plumbing around water heaters are a few simple actions you can take to prevent both damages and a lot of headaches.”

After examining the most common causes of water damage for Travelers customers in North Carolina, claim and risk management professionals from Travelers have developed a number of easy steps homeowners can take to help avoid many of these non-weather-related water problems. The following list provides preventive measures to help avoid the top four common causes of non-weather related water damage:

Leaks from washing machine hoses: Washing machine hoses should be inspected annually and replaced every five years – or immediately, if there are any signs of cracking or bulging.

Leaky plumbing around water heaters: Plumbing should be inspected annually and repaired if there are any signs of leaks or corrosion. When possible, water heaters should be installed in an area with floor drains to minimize damage if leaks should occur.

Leaks from refrigerator ice machines: Ice maker connections, usually located behind the refrigerator, should be inspected annually and hoses replaced if they appear cracked or corroded.

Clogged drain lines on air conditioning units: Air conditioning drain lines should be checked yearly.”"

So what is a person to do if the leak is in the Wall or the Ceiling?  The best defense would be an Water Leak Early Detection System.  The Systems that we design, allows you to be able to detect the leak prior to major damage where the leaks in the past may have gone on and on for hours or days where enough time has passed that Mold has begun to grow inside the walls and ceilings.

Well according to an article by the Kiplinger’s Personal Finance it mentioned : In a study by the California Insurance Department, 25% of the companies refused to renew the policies of customers  who made one or two nonwater-damage claims in the past three years. And 32% refused to renew policies for people who made one or two water-loss claims in the past three years.

Now maybe the thought is “Well I live in Florida!”

Notice what the Insurance Companies are attempting to do :

“Legislative leadership and the governor’s office are very clear what they expect from us as a board,” Lacasa said. (Lacasa is Citizens Chairman of the Board)

Citizens’ board is aggressively working to limit claims….Before the rate workshop, a Citizens board subcommittee took another step towards reducing coverage by recommending a $15,000 cap on water damage claims.

Aside from raising rates, Citizens is proposing ways to chip away at coverage, thus reducing its risks. For instance, the insurer wants to place a $15,000 limit on losses caused by various types of water damage. The company said water-related losses such as plumbing leaks represent the top cause of non-catastrophic and non-sinkhole losses it faces.”

Gunman Kills Two First Responders at a West Webster New York Fire

As horrible as it sounds, yes again we are now exposed to the news of a another Nutcase with a weapon in West Webster, NY.  The Main Street Press describes the man as a convicted murder of a family member of some 17 years prior.  He was convicted as killing his Grandmother with a hammer and “served his time” in jail as a model prisoner.  Yet, we hear, he is allowed out of Prison, only to plan his next chilling move, “to do what he does best” as he described himself, to kill again.  It is now reported that the next victim was his sister who also lived in the same  house, but at the far ends of the house, since they didn’t get along.

I wonder what is going through the minds of the Parole Board members who allowed this soul out into the public again. Would it have been an easy decision if they had heard he would be living next door to them, in their neighborhood? Also, what of the survivors of the currently, two dead Firefighters. No doubt the families of these brave men are suffering a tremendous loss.

What is reported, is that the Killer murdered his sister, then started the fire at his place of residence and waited for his next victim to show up.  In an ambush, he selectively shot the four First Responders, killing two and leaving two in critical care and then only after a gun fight on the scene with Police he then takes his own life by a fatal shot to himself.

What is a wonderment to this tragedy is the outcry for “Gun Control” and not the demand for the Record of Supervision of this person while placed back  in  the public.  I can likely swear to the fact, that he, this convicted felon, did not have a Gun License nor did he register his gun that was used in this mayhem. He, the Killer, found a way to get this weapon, not by lawful means. We all know that a convicted Felon is not allowed a Gun, period, no matter which State one lives.   So by an unlawful act, he obtains a gun and again kills as he pulls the trigger on his unsuspecting victims.

What stopped this Bad Guy from killing more people?  The Good Guys with Lethal Force. But, it wasn’t until they responded to the scene that this event was thus stopped.  So, in summary, when Lethal Force meets Lethal Force a check is then in place, not before.

I suppose  the Argument is there that if all the Guns were removed , the land  we live in would be a safer place.  That would be a good if there were no Evil men.   However, how do you legislate Evil Nutcases who have no regard for the Law!  If this Nutcase was able to get his hands on a gun, and runs through his tyrant, or what ever his issues were,  the fact remains, that lethal force definitely checks lethal force.

No legislation will change the inevitable. The age old issues still exist  “Good vs Evil”.  Those who deny that “Evil” exists, will assume the position as it’s subjugated victim. The fact remains world wide, the unlawful will somehow hide their cache of guns, and then bring them out to a unarmed Society only to take full control of it’s unassuming victims.  It matters not if they are Hand Guns or Automatics or Assault Types or  even a Single Shot.   When “Evil Intent” has the upper hand, then the subjugated will suffer and no one will be able to check the hand of the oppressor.

Many have the belief that their Law Enforcement will be there to Protect them. However, the facts show that they only appear on the scene AFTER the crime has  been committed.  Too many times I have seen the The Chief of Police or spokes person after a horrific  crime states “we can’t be ever where all the time”  By Statute, the Police have the power to go after the “Unlawful” AFTER a Crime has been committed. Thus vigilante mobs are  outlawed. But, the facts also show that those who have had personal  training and has had the proper background checks are the responsible members of Society and are not the majority participants of the crimes committed in our country.  I have heard that less than 1 percent of Licensed Gun Holders have been involved in a crime. That tells me that the other 99 percent, the unlawful holders of guns, are those that  have been committing the majority of Crimes. Thus, the Unlawful, the Crooks, the Bad Guys will continue to carry weapons no matter the Law.

Thus, if in a Knee Jerk reaction by Administrations, at the City, State and Federal levels, in response to the recent gun related horrors , decide that ” Evil will be checked by an act of Legislation” then think again friends.  It will bite you in end.  “Evil Lethal Force” can only be checked by “Good Lethal Force”. Change this formula and you will unbalance the equation and cause a shift from the “Rule of Law” to the “Rule of the Unlawful”.

I would use caution in the decisions presented to solve our Societies problems.  A broad-brush act of Law could cause us, the Lawful,  more problems than they solve. It could conceivably leave only the Unlawful the power, and ability to topple Society on it’s head.

Here is a scenario: Imagine going to the movies with your family.  You leave from the Theater to make you way home on what would be considered a safe street.  However, you come upon what appears to be an accident, but in reality you realize to late, it’s a road block.  As you slow down gunmen appear with weapons drawn and direct you to turn down an alley.  They pull you and you loved ones out of the vehicle and the rest is left to your imagination.   Does this happen?  Every day in other parts of the world.  We are not far from it. We have large cities that have areas known as “combat zones”. Places you don’t want to be after dark.  Yes, friends this is an unsafe world in which we live.

So, think about what you’re willing to give up, before you let it go.

As we journey through our lives we are often come up on obstacles.  So we must be adaptive and accept change. That is the only thing that is a given…Change.

This last week the Horror of a mass shooting of children and teachers is something that can only be described as “EVIL”.   May “EVIL” only be short lived.

The next thing to fear will be the knee jerk reaction to this event.

So let’s see what our leaders will do with this issue.  So many agendas will surface, so let’s watch the next event.
